Position tasks:

Implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees and orders, decisions of the Supreme Assembly and Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training, regulatory legal acts of the ministers of higher and secondary special education, instructions;
Management and coordination of financial and economic affairs of the Institute;
Plan-management and coordination of the work of the financial department, accounting, economic, as well as other departments attached on the basis of the rector’s order;
Organization, management and coordination of construction repair, improvement and greening work;
In the framework of the possibility of the existing material and technical base of the institute, additional paid services (publishing, household services, paid training courses, rent, sponsorship, dividend, etc.k) to expand the attraction of extra-budgetary funds by establishing and, through this, to develop proposals for the material promotion of professors and working servants;
Formation of non-budgetary funds and other special non-budgetary funds from the training of students on a fee-contract basis;
State budget, development of estimates of income and expenses of funds received from the training of students on a fee-contract basis and found on the basis of entrepreneurs, ensuring their registration from the Ministry of Finance;
Control over the implementation of estimates of expenses, financial economic activity, accounting of foreign exchange transactions of the Institute;
Organization of activities for attracting investments in the Institute, reconstruction and capital repair of existing buildings and structures, consideration of project – estimate documentation, conclusion of contracts, acceptance and quality control of work performed;
Organization of proper compliance with the state, budget and accounting discipline and control of accounting and reporting;
Development and implementation of measures for the rational and economical use of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds, as well as types of utilities;
